There are two things after Quran which is the cause of benefits for the Muslims. hadith and Sunnah these are also two important ways of understanding your religion and things very easily. Islam proof many things 1400 years ago, which is proving now. If you can see and follow the Sunnah of the great prophet Muhammad-E-Mustafa (PBUH) who is most reputable and adorable person for the Muslims and also non-Muslims accept that he is best and his way of life was incredible. Then prophet always said don’t eat too much that your stomach is full packed always eat less than your hunger. Now science is proving that whenever you eat less than your hunger it will create good effects on your health like it will increase your health, it will take you fresh. Prophet Muhammad-E-Mustafa (PBUH) said don’t eat so hot food. it will harm you; your tongue will be burned and it’s also not good for inner organs. Now science is proving these all things which are Sunnah of our prophet Muhammad-E-Mustafa (PBUH) almost 1400 years before. This is a blessing of the Islam that what is good and will be good and bad for the humans.
